List of Child-User Role of AKUN.biz

You may use the multiuser feature of AKUN.biz if you have been upgraded to Premium. You can add additional user (child-user) to access your account. This child-user role are: Manager, Supervisor, Writer, Read Only. Each child user able to access your account by login / sign-in as usually, similar to the way you login. You can apply some role to each child-user to limit their access.
Manager
This user-type can access all menus except the Options menu group. He/she able to read Cash Report, record and edit income, record expense, and transfer.
Supervisor
This user-type can access Cash Book and Tools menu group, but can not open the Cash Report and Options menu group. He/she can not see your current cash balance, but able to record and edit income, record expense, and transfer.
Writer
This user-type can access Cash Book menu group and Tools menu group, but can not access the Cash Report and the Options menu group. This user-type also can not see your Cash Book Balance. He/She able to record income, expense, and transfer; but he/she can not read, edit, or delete record made by other. This user-type only able to write and modify records made by him/her only.
Read Only
This user-type can access all menu except Tools and Options menu group. He/she able to read your Cash Book and Cash Report, but can not modify or record any income, expense, and transfer.
Custom
You can define user access rights by your self, for example, this child-user can only access certain cashbook. Note: This Custom role is only compatible with mobile app version 2.3 and above (released Dec 13th, 2016).

Note: If you discontinued your Premium subscription, this additional users still exist, but they will not able to login / sign-in to your account anymore.
