Sila menuju aplikasi AKUNbiz, baik di browser maupun melalui aplikasi smartphone, dan kemudian login
Setelah itu pilih menu “Akun Saya”
Setelah terbuka, mohon geser ke bawah layar Anda. Atau jika menggunakan browser, sila amati di bagian sebelah kanan.
Anda akan menemukan kalimat dengan ukuran hurufnya kecil bertuliskan “Reset Buku Kas”
Sila klik kalimat tersebut, maka Anda akan dapat membaca satu pertanyaan “Apakah Anda yakin ingin mereset buku kas?”
Jika Anda telah yakin, sila pilih “Oke, lanjutkan” namun jika tidak yakin, mohon segera batalkan langkah tersebut
